The importance of sleep in learning.

Sleep is integral to learning new things. If you find your’re struggling to learn something, or struggling to get it right, put it down with the intent to try again the following day. Each repetition of practice and sleep builds those neural pathways a little bit stronger and a little bit more, and what you couldn’t grasp or do yesterday, will be a little closer today.
